With Cece's Roland Park just about a month away from opening, the checklist is long for executive chef Nick Sharpe.

The Michelin-starred chef this month is planning a continental European menu, testing recipes, ordering and stocking ingredients and helping to hire a staff of 100 for the 10,300-square-foot restaurant in the Village of Cross Keys that will officially open June 13.
